This Roasted Red Pepper Hummus is so easy, inexpensive and delicious, you'll never buy the store bought stuff again!
Makes: About 3 Cups Fresh Hummus

1 Can Garbanzo Beans, Drained
1/4 Cup Tahini
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
1/2 Cup Chopped Roasted Red or Piquillo Peppers
Dash Ground Cumin
1/4 tsp Paprika
Chive, Smoked Paprika, Chopped Peppers, Cracked Black Pepper, Olive Oil
Place all ingredients (except garnish) into food processer and pulse until desired consistency is reached. Garnish with drizzle of olive oil, smoked paprika, roasted peppers and chive. Garnish as you see fit.
